The principals of TKG have an average of 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, acquiring, managing and redeveloping commercial property. In addition, the Company has built an extensive network of professionals and strategic partners that help evaluate, finance and manage its portfolio.
Todd Kristol is the Managing Partner of TKG. Mr. Kristol has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, investing domestically and abroad in private and public real estate transactions. During his career, he has executed over $2 billion of office, residential, hotel and retail transactions, with a focus on distressed, value-add and operationally intensive real estate.
Prior to forming TKG, Mr. Kristol held senior positions at Westbrook Partners, an international real estate fund operator, and Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management, a New York-based real estate and private equity firm. Mr. Kristol received his AB from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
